• Online and clasped jewelry: Our warranty covers the full quality of the item, ensuring it is free from defects in material and craftsmanship. We stand behind the jewelry we create and are committed to your satisfaction.

• Permanent jewelry: Our guarantee focuses on the welding spot (jump ring) to maintain its quality and security. Additionally, we assure accurate sizing to ensure the perfect fit for your customized piece.

Sizing for Permanent Jewelry:

For our permanent jewelry, sizing is a personalized process. Before cutting the chain to the desired length, we collaborate with you to ensure the perfect fit. We take your measurements into account to create a piece that's uniquely yours.

Please note that if the sizing results in a piece that's too tight or too loose according to your preferences, the responsibility for the fit falls upon the customer. If your permanent jewelry is too tight, it can be adjusted by welding on an add-on component, such as a connector, clasp, or extra chain, for an additional fee. If the fit is too loose, we offer complimentary resizing services within the 30-day guarantee period.

For resizing outside of the guarantee period, we provide this service for a fee of $15.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover jewelry that has been lost, stretched, or otherwise altered due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care. For jewelry care instructions, please refer to our FAQs page and the provided information with your jewelry purchase.

If any issues arise during the warranty period, contact us promptly. We will address the matter, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, provided at our discretion.
